The Akademi organises a number of events aimed at encouraging and providing a forum to reputed as well as young artists for displaying their talent and also competing for Akademi awards. The events include exhibitions of International, National, State and Regional level.

Permanent Collection
Outstanding works of art have been collected from various exhibitions, shows and camps, over the years. Selecting from a vast collection of over 1800 works, specialised exhibitions are held round the year in the Akademi premises and from time to time in the different cities of the State.

Scholarships
Talented artists who have completed their education, and are interested in specialization in some specific branch of visual arts under the guidance of an expert, are selected for scholarship for a period of one year.
